4. Operating Instructions

4.2. Dry Vacuuming

For dry vacuuming, ensure the HEPA filter is installed. You may also use a dust bag for easier disposal of dry debris. Select the appropriate nozzle for the surface (e.g., floor nozzle for large areas, crevice tool for tight spaces).

4.3. Wet Vacuuming

Before wet vacuuming, remove the HEPA filter and install the foam filter. Do not use a dust bag for wet vacuuming. The vacuum will automatically shut off when the tank reaches its maximum liquid capacity. Empty the tank immediately after wet vacuuming.

4.4. Blower Function

To use the blower function, disconnect the flexible hose from the suction inlet and connect it to the blower outlet, typically located on the rear or side of the motor head. This function is useful for clearing debris from hard-to-reach areas or for drying surfaces.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

5.1. Filter Cleaning and Replacement

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly, especially after dry vacuuming fine dust. The LTOVI-1630 features a manual filter shaker. To use it, turn the vacuum off, then rotate the red knob on the side of the tank several times to dislodge dust from the filter. For thorough cleaning, remove the filter and tap it gently over a waste bin or rinse it with water (ensure it is completely dry before re-installing for dry vacuuming). The foam filter used for wet vacuuming should be rinsed with water after each use.
