4. Installation

4.1 Post Bracket Installation
- Unpack all parts and verify their sizes against your gate and post dimensions.
- Attach two post brackets to one post pivot bracket using M8 screws. Repeat for the second set of brackets.
- Secure the assembled post bracket to the gate post, ensuring it is level with the gate opener.
- Attach the gate opener to the post bracket using the provided bolts.
- Remove the rubber plug from the gate opener, unlock the motor, and extend the actuator to the front bracket.
- Fix the front bracket to the gate opener and mount it in the predetermined spot on the gate.
- Repeat these steps to install the second gate opener on the other gate leaf.

4.2 Control Box Installation
- Install the control box at a convenient height near the gate opener.
- Pass the motor wires through the box and connect them to the terminals. Ensure correct polarity (+/-) for each gate direction. A dual-core extension may be required if wires are short.
- Run the power cable through the hole in the control box and connect it to the transformer's terminal for power.
- Power up the mainboard.
4.3 Infrared Sensors Installation
- Open the receiver housing and connect 4 wires: V+, V-, COM, and NO.
- The transmitter needs 2 wires.
- Place the IR sensors in the desired location, ensuring the wire is long enough to reach the control box.
- Connect the receiver's V+ to the 12V DC/24V DC terminal, V- and COM to the COM terminal, and NO to the PH terminal.
- Connect the transmitter's V+ to the 12V DC/24V DC terminal and V- to the COM terminal.
- Install the IR sensor housings securely.

4.4 Travel Setting
- Move the gates to any position.
- Press and hold the "+" button on the control board until the display shows "SU".
- Your gates should close, stop, and fully open automatically.
- After both arms open fully, the gate opener closes again to complete the learning process.
- Lock the motor, replace the rubber plug, and reinstall the control box cover.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Remote Control Operation
Use the provided remote controls to open and close your gates. The kit includes 2 remotes and supports up to 32. Interfaces for HomeLink, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi functionality are reserved for future updates.
