Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

  • Steering Wheel Control Buttons Not Working:
Confirm that the 8-pin plug is correctly inserted into the 8-pin port on the back of the radio unit. Configure the CAN bus settings according to the 'Steering Wheel Controls Setup Tutorial' in the factory settings.
  • Gap Between Head Unit and Climate Control Panel:
A small gap between the head unit and the climate control panel is considered normal for this particular design. It does not affect the functionality of either component.
  • Cannot Control Original Car Functions:
Go to 'Vehicle Settings' -> 'Setup' to adjust the corresponding settings. Only the functions that your vehicle originally has can be controlled here. Functions not present in your vehicle cannot be controlled.
