Important Safety Instructions

• Do not use with damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.

• Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

Setup

Assembly

1. Attach the Telescopic Tube: Insert the telescopic tube into the main body until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the floor brush to the other end of the telescopic tube, ensuring it locks firmly.
3. Install the Battery: Slide the battery pack into the designated slot on the main body until it clicks.
4. Optional Attachments: For handheld use, attach the crevice nozzle or sofa brush directly to the main body.

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner for optimal performance.

1. Wall-mounted Charging:
   • Choose a suitable location near a power outlet to install the wall-mounted charging station.
   • Secure the charging station to the wall using the provided screws and expansion plugs.
   • Connect the adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet.
   • Place the vacuum cleaner onto the wall mount. It will automatically begin charging. The LED display will indicate charging status.
2. Direct Charging: You can also plug the adapter directly into the battery pack for charging, without using the wall mount.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Press the power button on the main body to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.

Adjusting Suction Modes

The Powerffy Hero 10 offers 3 suction modes (Eco, Standard, Max) to suit different cleaning needs. Use the control method (touch/push button) on the LED display to cycle through the modes.

• Eco Mode: Provides up to 60 minutes of runtime, suitable for light cleaning and extended use.
• Standard Mode: Balanced suction for everyday cleaning.
• Max Mode: Delivers 45KPa of powerful suction for deep cleaning, pet hair, and stubborn dirt (approx. 20 minutes runtime).

Self-Standing Function

The vacuum cleaner is designed with a self-standing feature, allowing it to stand upright on its own without needing to be leaned against a wall or placed in a dock. This is convenient for temporary pauses during cleaning.

Using Attachments

• Crevice Nozzle: Attach directly to the main body or the telescopic tube for cleaning tight spaces, corners, and edges.
• Sofa Brush: Attach directly to the main body for cleaning upholstery, curtains, and car interiors.
• Handheld Mode: Detach the telescopic tube and floor brush to use the main body with attachments for handheld cleaning.

Maintenance

Emptying the Dust Cup

Empty the dust cup after each use or when the MAX fill line is reached to maintain suction power.

1. Press the dust cup release button to detach it from the main body.
2. Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the bottom release button to open the lid and empty contents.
3. Close the dust cup lid and reattach it to the main body until it clicks.

Cleaning the Filters

The Powerffy Hero 10 features a 7-stage multi-cyclone HEPA filtration system. Clean filters regularly to prevent clogging and maintain suction.

1. Pre-filter (Stainless Steel Filter): Remove from the dust cup and tap off loose dirt. Rinse under running water if necessary and allow to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting.
2. HEPA Filter: Gently tap the HEPA filter to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. Replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months depending on usage. An extra air intake filter is included for convenience.
3. Dust Cup: The dust cup can be rinsed with water. Ensure it is completely dry before reassembling.

Important: Ensure all filter components are completely dry before reassembling and using the vacuum. Moisture can damage the motor.

Cleaning the Brush Roll

Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris.

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
2. Use the provided hair cleaning tool or scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers from the brush roll.
3. Ensure the brush roll spins freely before reattaching the floor brush.
