  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and dry.

5.2. Storage

When not in use, store your earbuds in the charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. Connection Issues

  • Earbuds not connecting: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are charged. Place earbuds back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, then open it again to reset the connection.
  • Intermittent connection: Move closer to your device. Avoid physical obstructions between the earbuds and your device. Ensure no other strong wireless signals are interfering.
  • Multipoint connection issues: If experiencing instability when connected to two devices simultaneously, try disconnecting from one device via its Bluetooth settings before connecting to the other.

6.2. Sound Quality Issues

  • Low volume or poor bass: Check your earbud fit. A proper seal is essential for optimal sound. Adjust ear tips and stability bands as needed.
  • Distorted audio: Ensure your audio source is not set to excessively high volume. Try cleaning the earbud nozzles.

6.3. Noise Cancellation Performance

  • Noise cancellation not effective: Verify that Quiet Mode is active. Ensure a proper seal in your ear canal.
  • Wind noise: While the earbuds are designed to minimize wind noise, strong gusts can still affect performance. Try adjusting your position or using a different noise control mode.

6.4. Battery Life

  • Shorter than expected battery life: Battery life can vary based on settings and usage, including volume levels and continuous noise cancellation. Ensure earbuds and case are fully charged.
