Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
The tool is activated by the variable-speed trigger.
- To turn on, squeeze the trigger. The LED worklight will illuminate when the trigger is pressed.
- To turn off, release the trigger.
2. Speed Selection
The impact wrench features a 3-speed gearbox and an auto mode for versatile applications.
- Use the speed selector button, typically located near the base of the handle, to cycle through the three speed settings (1, 2, 3) and auto mode.
- Speed 1: Lower RPM for delicate tasks or starting fasteners.
- Speed 2: Medium RPM for general fastening.
- Speed 3: High RPM for maximum torque and rapid fastening/loosening.
- Auto Mode: Automatically adjusts speed and torque based on resistance, providing optimal performance and preventing over-tightening or stripping.
3. Forward/Reverse Rotation
The direction of rotation is controlled by the forward/reverse selector switch.
- Push the switch to the left for forward (tightening) rotation.
- Push the switch to the right for reverse (loosening) rotation.
- Center the switch for the lock position, which prevents accidental starting.
4. Using the Impact Wrench
Hold the tool firmly with both hands if necessary, especially when applying high torque. Apply steady pressure to the fastener.
- Ensure the socket is fully engaged on the fastener.
- Select the desired speed and rotation direction.
- Squeeze the variable-speed trigger to start the tool. The speed will increase as you squeeze the trigger further.
- For loosening stubborn fasteners, use the highest speed setting and ensure a firm grip.
- For tightening, use a lower speed setting initially and finish with a torque wrench for precise torque specifications if required.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your tool.
- Cleaning: Keep the tool's ventilation openings clear and free of debris. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the housing. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods. Charge them periodically if not in use.
