Setup and Assembly

Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed and clean all removable parts according to the 'Maintenance' section.

Assembling the Stand Mixer:

1. Place the mixer on a stable, flat surface.
2. Lift the tilt-head by pushing the release lever.

With the juice blender attachment installed, add fruits, vegetables, and liquid to the 1.5L glass jar. Secure the lid. Select a desired speed (e.g., Speeds 3-6) or use the 'P' (Pulse) function for quick blending. The blender is suitable for making juices, smoothies, and milkshakes.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning. Most removable parts are dishwasher-safe for convenience.

• Mixing Bowl, Dough Hook, Flat Beater, Wire Whisk: These stainless steel and aluminum attachments are dishwasher-safe. For best results, rinse immediately after use.
• Blender Jar: The glass blender jar and its lid are dishwasher-safe. Ensure blades are thoroughly cleaned.
• Meat Grinder Parts: Disassemble the meat grinder. Wash all metal parts with warm soapy water and dry immediately to prevent rust. The plastic meat pusher can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
