Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using a Type-C cable. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the case.
- Charging time for case: Approximately 1.5 hours.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in their charging slots.
2. Pairing with Your Device
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The earbud indicators will flash.
- Activate Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to the Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
- Select Device: Look for "Q38" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Confirmation: Once connected, the earbud indicators will stop flashing, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
Note: After the first successful pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
