- Always unplug the monitor from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a non-abrasive screen cleaner.
- Do not spray cleaner directly onto the screen.
- Avoid using alcohol, ammonia, or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the screen or casing.
OLED Care
To prolong the lifespan of your OLED panel and prevent image retention (burn-in), the monitor incorporates several OLED Care features. These can typically be accessed via the OSD menu or DisplayWidget Center:
- Pixel Cleaning: A routine maintenance function that refreshes the pixels.
- Screen Saver: Automatically dims the screen after a period of inactivity.
- Pixel Shift: Slightly shifts the image to prevent static elements from causing retention.
- Logo Luminance Adjuster: Reduces the brightness of static logos or UI elements.
It is recommended to allow these features to run as prompted by the monitor or to enable them in the settings for optimal panel health.
