Troubleshooting

- No Dial Tone: Ensure the telephone line cord is securely connected to both the wall jack and the base unit. Check if the AC adapter is properly plugged into a power outlet.
- No Power to Handset: Verify that the handset battery pack is correctly installed and fully charged. Place the handset in its charger to confirm the CHARGE light illuminates.
- Poor Sound Quality/Interference: Move the handset closer to the base unit. Ensure there are no large metal objects or other electronic devices (like Wi-Fi routers, microwaves) nearby that could cause interference.
- Handset Not Registering: Follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to re-register the handset to the base unit.
- Display Issues: If the display is blank or unreadable, ensure the handset is charged. If the issue persists, try resetting the phone by unplugging the base unit's power adapter for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
