3.2. Wireless Connection
After successful APK installation, proceed with connecting your smartphone wirelessly.
- Open AutoKit App: Launch the AutoKit application on your car's Android head unit.
- Enable Phone's Wireless Features: On your smartphone (iPhone for CarPlay, Android phone for Android Auto), turn on both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- Pair Bluetooth: On your smartphone, search for available Bluetooth devices and pair with the CarlinKit adapter (usually named "AutoKit-xxxx" or similar). Confirm any pairing requests on both your phone and the car's head unit.
