3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging of the Power Bank

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your Ntaanoo F50 Portable Charger. Connect the power bank to a power source using a USB-C cable (included). The LED indicator on the power bank will display the charging progress, showing the percentage of charge. The power bank supports 18W input via its USB-C port, allowing for a full recharge in approximately 2 hours.

3.2 Checking Battery Level

The integrated LED display shows the remaining battery percentage of the power bank. This allows you to easily monitor the charge level and know when it's time to recharge the power bank itself.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Devices

To charge your device, connect it to the Ntaanoo F50 Portable Charger using either a USB-A to your device's cable or a USB-C to your device's cable. The power bank will automatically begin charging your connected device.

4.2 Simultaneous Charging

The Ntaanoo F50 is equipped with both a USB-A and a USB-C output port, allowing you to charge two devices concurrently. For example, you can charge your iPhone via USB-C and a friend's Samsung phone via USB-A at the same time.

4.3 Fast Charging Capability

The power bank supports 22.5W/4.5A fast charging. Ensure your device and charging cable are compatible with fast charging protocols to achieve optimal charging speeds.

5. Maintenance

• Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the power bank to strong impacts.
• Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• If not in use for extended periods, charge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health.

6. Troubleshooting

• Power Bank Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable and/or power adapter.
  • Verify the power source is active.
• Device Not Charging from Power Bank:
  • Check if the power bank has sufficient charge (refer to the LED indicator).
  • Ensure the charging cable connecting your device to the power bank is functional and properly connected.
  • Try a different charging cable or port on the power bank.
• Slow Charging:
  • Confirm that both your device and the charging cable support fast charging.
  • Ensure only one device is connected if you are experiencing slow charging with two devices connected.
