  • Power Button (Power icon): Used to initiate Broadcast Mode, allowing multiple Linear Series devices to link together for expanded audio coverage.

Setup and Installation

1. Power Connection

  1. Identify the 6-pin connector with the integrated 5A fuse.
  2. Connect the Red wire to a switched 12V DC positive (+) power source.
  3. Connect the Black wire to a chassis ground (-) or negative battery terminal.
  4. The unit features reverse polarity protection, but correct wiring is always recommended.

2. Speaker Connection

  1. The LSBT1B-AMP supports two sets of speakers.
  2. Connect the White wire to the Left Front Speaker (+).
  3. Connect the White/Black wire to the Left Front Speaker (-).
  4. Connect the Gray wire to the Right Front Speaker (+).
  5. Connect the Gray/Black wire to the Right Front Speaker (-).
  6. Ensure all speaker connections are secure and correctly polarized to avoid audio issues.

3. Mounting

  1. Choose a suitable, discreet location for mounting the unit. The compact design allows for flexible placement.
  2. Use the provided mounting screws to secure the unit to a flat surface.
  3. Ensure the mounting location allows for easy access to the power and link buttons if needed.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off

  • To power on the unit, press and hold the Power button (Power icon). The Link LED will flash.
  • Link Secondary Units: On each secondary unit, press its Link button. The Link LED on the secondary unit will also flash and then become solid once linked to the primary unit.
  • Audio from the primary unit's Bluetooth source will now be broadcast to all linked secondary units.
  • Up to 99 Linear Series devices can be linked in Broadcast Mode.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: If storing the unit for an extended period, disconnect it from the power source.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit loses power, check the inline 5A fuse. Replace it with a fuse of the same rating if blown.

Troubleshooting
