Setup

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to brew delicious Turkish coffee:

1. Add Water: Fill the stainless steel pot with cold water. The capacity is up to 600 ml, sufficient for 1 to 4 cups of Turkish coffee. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated inside the pot.
2. Add Coffee: Add finely ground Turkish coffee to the water. A general guideline is one heaped teaspoon of coffee per cup (approximately 7-10 grams per 60ml of water). Sugar can be added at this stage if desired.
3. Stir: Stir the coffee and water mixture gently until well combined.
4. Place on Base: Place the pot securely onto the power base.
5. Brew: Press the on/off switch to start brewing. The indicator light will illuminate. The coffee maker will begin to heat the mixture.
