5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Image or Poor Image Quality

  • Check Power: Ensure the projector is powered on and the power cord is securely connected.
  • Input Source: Verify the correct HDMI or other input source is selected.
  • Focus/Keystone: Allow the automatic focus and keystone correction to complete. If needed, manually adjust focus via settings.
  • Brightness: Ensure the room is sufficiently dark for optimal viewing, especially for bright scenes. The projector delivers 900 ISO Lumens, which is suitable for rooms with ambient light, but darker environments enhance contrast.
  • Cables: Check HDMI or other connection cables for secure fit and damage.

5.2 No Sound or Low Sound

  • Volume: Increase the volume on both the projector and any connected external audio devices.
  • Mute: Check if the projector or connected device is muted.
  • Audio Output Settings: Verify the audio output settings on the projector are correctly configured (e.g., internal speakers, HDMI ARC, Bluetooth).
  • Bluetooth Connection: If using Bluetooth audio, ensure the device is properly paired and connected.

5.3 Remote Control Not Responding

  • Batteries: Replace the batteries in the remote control.
  • Line of Sight: Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the projector's IR receiver.
  • Pairing: Re-pair the remote control with the projector if it has become unpaired.

5.4 Network Connectivity Issues

  • Wi-Fi Signal: Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. Move the projector closer to the router if necessary.
  • Router Restart: Restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Network Settings: Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the projector's network settings.
