Setup Instructions
The Elalight Wireless HDMI system is designed for plug-and-play operation, requiring no software installation, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth pairing for initial setup.
Initial Connection
- Connect the Transmitter (TX): Plug the Wireless HDMI Transmitter into the HDMI output port of your source device (e.g., laptop, PC, camera, TV box, gaming console). If your source device has a different HDMI port type (Mini HDMI, Micro HDMI, or USB-C with HDMI output), use the appropriate adapter provided.

Manual Pairing (If Needed)
If the devices do not pair automatically or if you encounter connection issues, follow these steps to manually re-pair the units:
- Ensure both TX and RX are connected to their respective devices and power sources.
- Press and hold the button on the Receiver (RX) unit for more than 7 seconds. The display will show "ready to pair".
- Immediately after, press and hold the button on the Transmitter (TX) unit for more than 7 seconds. The TX unit will briefly turn off and then flash again. Wait for 5-20 seconds.
- The screen will indicate "Pairing" and a QR code may appear. After a few seconds, the connection should be established.
- Wait for 5-10 seconds for the screen sharing to begin. The units will automatically pair next time.
