Setup
Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the Portronics Vayu 3.0.
- Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the inflator.
- Connect the other end of the charging cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.
- The digital display will indicate the charging status. The battery icon will show segments filling up or a charging animation.
- Once fully charged, the battery indicator will show full, and you can disconnect the charging cable.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button for approximately 1.5 seconds.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for approximately 1.5 seconds. The device will also automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.
Selecting a Mode and Setting Pressure
The Vayu 3.0 offers preset modes for common inflation tasks and a custom mode.

- Power on the device.
- Press the Mode button (often indicated by an icon like a car, bike, or ball) to cycle through the preset modes: Motorcycle, Car, Bicycle, Balls, and Custom.
- Once a mode is selected, the default pressure for that mode will be displayed.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure value. The unit supports pressure up to 150 PSI.
- The digital display will show both the current pressure and the target pressure.
Inflation Process

- Ensure the device is charged and powered on.
- Select the appropriate mode and set the desired pressure.
- Connect the air hose to the inflator and then securely attach the nozzle to the tire valve or ball valve. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.
- Press the Start/Stop button (often the power button or a dedicated play/pause icon) to begin inflation.
- The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
- Carefully disconnect the nozzle from the valve and then from the inflator.
Using the LED Flashlight
The built-in LED flashlight provides illumination for night-time use or in dark environments.
- To turn on the flashlight, press the Flashlight button (often indicated by a light bulb icon).
- Press the button again to turn off the flashlight.
