Setup Instructions
The TOOLUCK Pop-Up Gazebo is designed for quick and easy assembly, typically taking one person approximately 45 seconds.
- Choose a Location: Select a flat, level area free from sharp objects and overhead obstructions.
- Unpack: Remove the gazebo from its carry bag and lay it flat on the ground.
- Extend the Frame: Grasp two opposite legs of the frame and slowly pull them apart. The frame will begin to expand. Continue pulling until the frame is fully extended and the top canopy fabric is taut.
- Lock the Frame: Locate the locking mechanisms on each leg (usually a push-button or lever). Engage these mechanisms to secure the frame in its fully extended position.
- Adjust Height (if applicable): If your model has adjustable legs, press the release buttons and slide the inner leg sections to your desired height, ensuring all legs are at the same level. Lock them into place.
- Secure to Ground: Use the provided ground stakes to anchor each leg of the gazebo to the ground. For added stability, especially in breezy conditions, attach guy ropes to the designated loops on the canopy and stake them into the ground at an angle.

Operating Instructions
Your TOOLUCK gazebo is designed for comfortable outdoor use, accommodating 8-10 people due to its unique hexagonal design.
- Screen Walls: The integrated tight-weave mesh screen walls are designed to prevent insects from entering while maintaining excellent air circulation. Zippers are provided for easy entry and exit.
- UV Protection: The canopy fabric is made from 210D Oxford polyester with waterproof strips, offering UV50+ protection against harmful UV rays and effective water resistance.
- Ventilation: Ensure zippers are opened as needed to provide additional airflow, especially on hot days.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the fabric with a mild soap and water solution. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Storage: Ensure the gazebo is completely dry before folding and placing it back into the carry bag. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prolong its lifespan.
- Inspection: Periodically check the frame for any loose bolts or connections. Inspect the fabric for tears, holes, or signs of wear. Repair minor damage promptly to prevent further deterioration.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Gazebo difficult to open/close | Frame joints are stiff or misaligned. | Ensure the frame is on a level surface. Gently apply pressure to extend/retract. Lubricate joints with silicone spray if necessary. |
| Gazebo unstable in light wind | Not properly anchored. | Ensure all ground stakes are firmly in place. Use guy ropes for additional stability. Consider adding weight bags to the legs. |
| Water pooling on canopy | Canopy not taut enough or heavy rainfall. | Ensure the frame is fully extended and locked. Gently push up on the underside of the canopy to release pooled water. Do not use in heavy rain. |
| Mesh screen torn or damaged | Accidental damage or wear. | Patch small tears with a mesh repair kit. For significant damage, contact customer support for replacement parts. |
