2. Safety Information
Always observe basic safety precautions when using this product to reduce the risk of injury or damage. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Read All Instructions: Before operating the pressure washer, read and understand all instructions in this manual and on the machine.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear appropriate eye protection (safety glasses or goggles), hearing protection, and protective clothing (gloves, long pants, closed-toe shoes) when operating the unit.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the product label. Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug. Use a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) for electrical connections.
- Water Connection: Connect the pressure washer to a cold water supply only. Do not use hot water. Ensure the water inlet filter is clean and properly installed.
- Operating Environment: Do not operate the pressure washer in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Keep the area clear of bystanders, children, and pets.
- High Pressure Hazard: The high-pressure stream can cause serious injury. Never direct the spray at people, pets, or electrical devices. Always point the nozzle away from yourself and others when starting the unit.
- Thermal Cut-Off Switch: The unit is equipped with a thermal cut-off switch to prevent overheating. If the unit shuts off, allow it to cool down for several minutes before restarting.
- Storage: Store the pressure washer in a dry, frost-free environment. Drain all water from the pump and hoses before storing to prevent damage from freezing.
3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for first use.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present.
- Attach Wheels and Handle: If not pre-assembled, attach the rugged rear wheels and the extended carry handle to the main unit according to the diagrams in the quick start guide (not included in this manual).
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 5-meter high-pressure hose to the high-pressure outlet on the pressure washer unit. Ensure it is securely tightened.
- Connect Spray Gun and Lance: Attach the other end of the high-pressure hose to the spray gun. Then, connect the multi-purpose spray lance to the spray gun. Ensure all connections are firm to prevent leaks.
- Water Supply Connection: Connect a standard garden hose (not supplied) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the inlet water filtration screen is clean and in place. Connect the other end of the garden hose to a cold water tap.
- Detergent Bottle/Foam Kit: If using the included foam spray kit and detergent bottle, attach it to the spray lance as instructed in the kit's specific guide.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).

4. Operating Instructions
Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on.
- Purge Air from System: Before turning on the power, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and purge any air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges from the nozzle. This protects the pump.
- Start the Pressure Washer: Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Begin Cleaning: Direct the spray lance at the surface to be cleaned, maintaining a safe distance. Squeeze the trigger to activate the high-pressure spray. Release the trigger to stop the flow. The trigger lock can be engaged for continuous operation.
- Adjusting Spray: The multi-purpose spray lance allows for adjustment of the spray pattern. Rotate the nozzle to switch between different spray patterns (e.g., narrow jet for tough spots, wide fan for general cleaning).
- Using Detergent (Foam Spray Kit):
- Fill the detergent bottle with appropriate pressure washer detergent.
- Attach the foam spray kit to the lance as per its instructions.
- The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent when operating at low pressure or with the detergent nozzle/setting engaged.
- Apply detergent to the surface, allow it to soak (do not let it dry), then rinse with clear high-pressure water.
- Shutting Down:
- Turn the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position.
- Turn off the water supply at the tap.
- Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system.
- Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- Clean Water Inlet Filter: Regularly check and clean the water inlet filter screen. Remove any debris to ensure proper water flow and prevent pump damage.
- Nozzle Cleaning: If the nozzle becomes clogged or the spray pattern is irregular, clean the nozzle opening with the provided nozzle cleaning tool (if applicable) or a thin wire.
- Hose and Connections: Inspect the high-pressure hose, spray gun, and lance for any signs of wear, cracks, or leaks before each use. Replace damaged components immediately.
- Pump Care: For prolonged storage, especially in freezing temperatures, use a pump protector or antifreeze solution to prevent internal damage.
- General Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
