Operating Instructions
1. Wash Mode
The Wash Mode is used to clean uncured resin from your 3D printed models. The Wash and Cure 3 features a significantly increased cleaning basket capacity and a dual-layer design for efficient cleaning.
- Place the washing bucket onto the machine's platform.
- Fill the washing bucket with an appropriate cleaning solution (e.g., Isopropyl Alcohol - IPA) up to the recommended level, ensuring the model will be fully submerged. The bucket has a 4L capacity.
- Place your resin print into the washing basket. The dual-layer design allows for two adjustable heights (100mm and 165mm) to accommodate various print platforms from 5.9 to 7.3 inches.
- Lower the washing basket with the print into the cleaning solution.
- Close the yellow transparent cover securely.
- Select "Wash" mode on the control panel.
- Adjust the washing time using the rotary knob (1 to 30 minutes). Recommended times are typically 2, 4, or 6 minutes depending on model size and resin type.
- Press the Start button to begin the washing cycle. The machine will agitate the solution to effectively clean the model.
- Once the cycle is complete, remove the print from the washing basket and allow it to dry thoroughly before proceeding to curing.

2. Cure Mode
After washing and drying, models need to be cured to achieve their final hardness and strength. The Wash and Cure 3 features enhanced curing power and a unique gooseneck light for precise curing.
- Remove the washing bucket and place the curing table onto the machine's platform.
- Carefully place your dry resin print onto the curing table.
- Close the yellow transparent cover securely.
- Select "Cure" mode on the control panel.
- Adjust the curing time using the rotary knob (1 to 30 minutes).
- Press the Start button to begin the curing cycle. The internal UV lights will activate, and the curing table will rotate to ensure even exposure.
- For models with intricate details or hard-to-reach areas, activate the "FlexiCure" gooseneck light by pressing its dedicated button. This light provides concentrated UV exposure to strengthen subtle areas.
- Once the curing cycle is complete, the machine will stop. Your model is now fully cured and ready for further post-processing or use.

Safety Features
The ANYCUBIC Wash and Cure 3 is designed with user safety in mind. The yellow transparent cover blocks 99.995% of UV light, protecting your eyes during operation. Additionally, a safety switch automatically pauses the curing process if the lid is removed during operation, preventing accidental UV exposure.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Wash and Cure 3 station:
- Cleaning the Washing Bucket: After multiple uses, the cleaning solution may become saturated with resin. Replace the solution as needed. Clean the washing bucket and basket with fresh IPA or warm soapy water. Ensure they are completely dry before refilling.
- Cleaning the Machine: Wipe down the exterior of the machine, including the transparent cover and control panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could scratch surfaces.
- UV Light Maintenance: Keep the UV LED strips and the curing table clean from any resin residue to ensure efficient curing. Use a soft cloth and IPA if necessary.
- Resin Disposal: Always dispose of used resin and contaminated IPA according to local regulations. Do not pour them down the drain.
