Attach the left and right swing arms to the central pivot points on the main frame. Ensure the arc spacers are correctly positioned before tightening the bolts. These arms provide a full-body workout.
Screw the pedal shafts into the corresponding cranks. Important: The right pedal hinge bolt is screwed into the right crank in a clockwise direction. The left pedal hinge bolt is screwed into the left crank in a counterclockwise direction. Ensure they are fully tightened.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and smooth operation of your elliptical machine.
Regularly check and tighten all bolts and nuts, especially those connecting the handlebars and pedal shafts, as they may loosen over time due to continuous use. For persistent loosening, consider applying a thread locker (e.g., Loctite Red) to the bolt threads for added security.

Periodically apply a silicone-based lubricant to any moving joints or pivot points to ensure smooth operation and prevent squeaking. Consult the original assembly instructions for specific lubrication points.
