The JBL Tune 245NC are advanced in-ear wireless earbuds designed to deliver a superior audio experience with features like Active Noise Cancelling, JBL Pure Bass Sound, and extended battery life. What's in the Box

Verify that all items are present in the package:

• 1 x JBL Tune 245 NC earbuds
• 1 x Type-C USB charging cable
• 1 x Charging case
• 1 x Warranty / Warning (W / !) document

Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging case and a power source. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
3. Select "JBL Tune 245NC" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Once connected, you will hear an audible confirmation.

3. Google Fast Pair

For Android devices, the JBL Tune 245NC supports Google Fast Pair for quick and seamless connection. Simply open the case near your Android device, and a pop-up notification will appear to initiate pairing.

4. JBL Headphones App

Download the JBL Headphones App from your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) to unlock full customization options, including EQ settings, touch control customization, and mode switching.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The JBL Tune 245NC earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Functions can be customized via the JBL Headphones App.

• Single Tap: Play/Pause, Answer Call
• Double Tap: Skip Forward, End Call
• Triple Tap: Skip Backward
• Long Press: Activate Voice Assistant, Switch ANC Modes

Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) & Smart Ambient

Switch between different listening modes to suit your environment:

• Active Noise Cancelling (ANC): Minimizes external distractions for immersive listening.
• Ambient Aware: Allows you to hear your surroundings while enjoying your audio, enhancing safety.
• TalkThru: Lowers music volume and amplifies voices, enabling quick conversations without removing earbuds.

Call Management

The earbuds feature 4 microphones for crisp and clear calls, ensuring your voice is heard clearly even in noisy environments.

Multi-Point Connectivity

Seamlessly switch between two connected Bluetooth devices. For example, you can watch a video on your tablet and instantly answer a call on your phone without re-pairing.

Battery Life

Enjoy up to 48 hours of total playtime (12 hours in earbuds + 36 hours in case) without ANC, or 40 hours (10 hours in earbuds + 30 hours in case) with ANC engaged. A quick 15-minute charge provides 4 hours of playtime.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. For ear tips, remove them and clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.

Water and Dust Resistance (IP54)

The earbuds are IP54 water and dust resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and light rain, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor use. However, they are not designed for submersion in water.

Storage

Always store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting

Find My Buds

If you misplace your earbuds, use the "Find My Buds" feature within the JBL Headphones App to locate them by emitting a sound.
