Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the nonstick grill plate, wire rack, drip tray, and hood in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The smoke infuser and its components (filters, filter support) should also be washed by hand.
- Assemble:
- Place the drip tray into the base of the grill.
- Position the nonstick grill plate securely on top of the drip tray.
- Place the wire smoking rack on the grill plate. Ensure it is in the UP position for smoking or DOWN position for direct grilling/searing.
- Close the vented hood.
- Placement: Place the assembled grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and cabinets to allow for proper ventilation.
- Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
General Grilling
- Ensure the wire rack is in the DOWN position for direct grilling.
- Close the vented hood.
- Turn the control knob to your desired temperature (150°F - 450°F). The red indicator light will illuminate, indicating preheating.
- Wait for the green "Ready" light to illuminate, indicating the grill has reached the set temperature.
- Carefully open the hood and place food directly on the nonstick grill plate.
- Close the hood to maintain consistent temperature and reduce cooking time.
- Monitor food and flip as needed until desired doneness is achieved.

Hot Smoke Infusion
Hot smoke infusion is ideal for meats, poultry, and fish, adding a smoky flavor while cooking.
- Close the vent on the hood.
- Preheat the grill to your desired temperature (e.g., 350°F).
- Place the wire rack in the UP position.
- Place food on the wire rack.
- Close the lid.
- Open the smoke infuser lid and add one teaspoon of wood shreds (not included).
- Press the fan switch to turn on the fan.
- Ignite the wood shreds with a long lighter, then close the infuser lid.
- After 5 seconds, press the fan switch to turn it off.
- To reach intended smoke flavor, every 5 minutes repeat igniting wood shreds with the fan on for 5 seconds. Do not open your grill cover or you will release the smoke.
- After hot smoking, open the vent to finish grilling your food. You can then lower the rack into the DOWN position for searing.

Cold Smoke Infusion

- Place food on the wire rack.
- Close the lid.
