4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for proper assembly of your VEVOR Stainless Steel Work Table. Remember to wear gloves during assembly.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the packing list are present and undamaged.
2. Attach Legs to Tabletop: Securely attach the four legs to the tabletop using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
3. Install Adjustable Shelf: Slide the lower shelf onto the legs. Adjust the shelf to your desired height and secure it with the screws. The shelf offers 3-level adjustment.
4. Attach Casters: Install the four swivel casters into the bottom of the legs. Ensure to adjust the leveling of the casters during installation for optimal stability. Two of the casters include brakes.

• Adjusting Shelf Height: To adjust the height of the lower shelf, loosen the screws on the legs, reposition the shelf to one of the three available levels, and then re-tighten the screws firmly.
• Mobility and Stability: Use the four swivel casters to easily move the table. For stationary use, engage the brakes on the two locking casters to prevent unintended movement.
• Versatile Applications: This table is suitable for chopping vegetables, kneading dough, cutting meat, and other kitchen-related tasks. It is also ideal for use in bars, restaurants, hotels, buffets, catering events, school activities, office break rooms, tool rooms, laundry areas, and outdoor settings.

• Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, as these can scratch the stainless steel surface.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Caster Care: Keep casters free of debris to ensure smooth movement. Lubricate if needed.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your VEVOR Stainless Steel Work Table, refer to the following common solutions:

• Table Wobbles: Ensure the table is on a level surface. Check that all leg screws and shelf screws are securely tightened. Adjust the leveling feet on the casters if necessary.
• Difficulty Moving: Check casters for any trapped debris (e.g., hair, food particles). Clean them thoroughly. Ensure caster brakes are disengaged.
• Scratches on Surface: Stainless steel can scratch. Minor scratches can sometimes be buffed out with a specialized stainless steel polish, following the grain of the steel.
