5. Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your drywall sander before use.
- Attach the Extension Pole: Connect the extension pole to the main body of the sander. Ensure it clicks securely into place. The pole allows adjustment from 4.1 feet to 5.5 feet.
- Connect the Dust Collection Hose: Securely attach one end of the extension hose to the dust outlet on the sander head.
- Attach the Dust Collection Bag: Connect the other end of the extension hose to the inlet of the dust collection bag. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent dust leakage.
- Install Sanding Discs: The sander uses 12-inch sanding discs. Align the holes on the sanding disc with the holes on the sanding pad for optimal dust extraction. Press firmly to secure the disc to the hook-and-loop pad.

6. Operating Instructions
Proper operation ensures effective sanding and extends the life of your tool.
- Power Connection: Plug the sander into a suitable power outlet (120V).
- Adjust Speed: Use the variable speed dial to select your desired RPM (1000-2100 RPM). Start with a lower speed for delicate work and increase as needed.
- Turn On: Press the ON/OFF switch to start the sander. You can use the speed lock button for continuous operation.
