1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your BTHFST Twin Bed Frame. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly and retain this manual for future reference.

The BTHFST Twin Bed Frame features an upholstered headboard with integrated RGB LED lighting, a convenient charging station, and four under-bed storage drawers. It is designed for use with a twin-sized mattress and does not require a box spring.

2. Safety Information

• Ensure proper assembly to prevent instability or collapse.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 1,100 pounds.
• Keep all small parts and packaging materials away from children during assembly.
• Use only the provided tools and hardware for assembly.
• Periodically check all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight.
• Do not stand on the bed frame or use it as a ladder.

3. Package Contents

Before assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support immediately.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires two people and approximately 2-3 hours. All parts are numbered for easy identification. Refer to the included assembly manual for detailed step-by-step diagrams.

1. Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Group similar parts and hardware.
2. Assemble the Headboard: Follow the instructions to connect the headboard sections. Ensure the storage shelves and charging station are correctly oriented.
3. Attach LED Light Strip: Secure the LED light strip to the designated areas on the headboard and footboard as per the manual.
4. Construct the Bed Frame: Assemble the side rails and footboard. Do not fully tighten all bolts until the entire frame is loosely assembled.
5. Install Metal Slats: Place the 14 heavy-duty metal slats across the frame. Ensure the EVA quieting strips are correctly positioned under the center bar to prevent noise.
6. Assemble Storage Drawers: Construct the four storage drawers. Each drawer is equipped with wheels for easy movement and a fixture to prevent sliding.
7. Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, securely tighten all bolts and fasteners.
8. Place Mattress: Position your twin-sized mattress on the assembled frame.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. RGB LED Lights

The headboard and footboard feature integrated RGB LED lights. These lights can be controlled via a mobile application or the included remote control.

• Color Selection: Choose from over 60,000 colors to customize your lighting ambiance.
• Brightness Adjustment: Adjust the light intensity to your preference.
• Control Modes: Explore various modes including style mode, music mode (lights react to sound), microphone mode, and a timing function for scheduled operation.

5.2. Charging Station

The headboard includes a built-in power strip for convenient charging of electronic devices.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning the Upholstery: The PU leather headboard should be dry cleaned only. For minor spills, gently blot with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Frame Cleaning: Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Dry thoroughly.
• LED Lights: Keep the LED light strip free from dust. Do not attempt to repair or modify the light strip or power supply.
• Drawer Maintenance: Periodically check the drawer wheels for smooth operation. Clean any debris that may hinder movement.
• Fastener Check: Every 3-6 months, inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they are securely tightened. Re-tighten if any looseness is detected.
