Setup
1. Unboxing and Package Contents
Carefully unpack all items from the box. Verify that the following components are present:
- HP Poly CCX 350 IP Phone unit
- Handset
- Handset cord
- Desk stand
- Ethernet cable
- Quick Start Guide (if included)
2. Attaching the Desk Stand
Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit. Gently push until it clicks into place. The stand allows for two viewing angles.

3. Connecting the Handset
Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the phone unit. Ensure a secure connection.
4. Network and Power Connection (PoE)
The HP Poly CCX 350 supports Power over Ethernet (PoE). Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN port on the back of the phone and the other end to a PoE-enabled network switch or injector. The phone will power on automatically.
Note: If PoE is not available, a separate AC power adapter (sold separately) is required. Connect the AC adapter to the power port on the phone and then to a power outlet.
Operating Instructions

1. Making a Call
- Pick up the handset, press the Speakerphone button, or press a Line key.
- Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
- Press the Dial soft key or wait for the call to connect automatically.
2. Answering a Call
When the phone rings:
- Pick up the handset.
- Press the Answer soft key.
- Press the Speakerphone button.
3. Ending a Call
To end an active call, hang up the handset or press the End Call soft key.
4. Volume Control
Use the Volume buttons (located below the handset) to adjust the volume of the handset, speakerphone, or ringer.
5. Mute Function
Press the Mute button (microphone icon) to mute your microphone during a call. Press it again to unmute.
6. Speakerphone
Press the Speakerphone button (speaker icon) to toggle speakerphone mode on or off.
7. Navigation Keys and Soft Keys
Use the four-way navigation cluster and the center Select button to navigate menus on the display. The soft keys below the display change functionality based on the current context.
