4. Setup and Charging the Power Bank

Before using your pTron Dynamo Power Bank for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge it.

4.1 Charging the Power Bank

1. Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the power bank's Type-C Input/Output port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable (USB-A) to a compatible USB wall adapter (not included). For optimal charging speed, use a fast-charging adapter.
3. The digital display on the power bank will show the charging progress, indicating the current battery percentage.
4. Once the display shows "100%", the power bank is fully charged and ready for use.

Note: The Type-C port supports 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.67A (Max 20W) input.

5. Operating the Power Bank (Charging Devices)

The pTron Dynamo Power Bank allows you to charge up to four devices simultaneously.

5.1 Charging Your Devices

1. Using Built-in Cables: Pull out the integrated Type-C or iOS cable from the side of the power bank and connect it directly to your compatible device.
2. Using USB-A Port: Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port on the power bank.
3. Using Type-C/PD Port: Connect your device's Type-C charging cable to the Type-C Input/Output port on the power bank.
4. The power bank will automatically detect the connected device and begin charging. The digital display will show the remaining battery percentage.

Note: For fast charging (up to 22.5W/20W), ensure your device and charging cable support PD3.0 or QC3.0.

• Device not charging from power bank: Check if the power bank has sufficient charge. Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different output port or cable.
• Slow charging: Verify that your device and cable support fast charging protocols (PD3.0, QC3.0) if you expect fast charging speeds. Ensure the power bank itself is fully charged.
• Digital display not working: Press the power button briefly to activate the display. If it remains off, the power bank might be completely discharged or require service.
