2. Safety Information
- Read All Instructions: Before operating the electric car jack, carefully read and understand all instructions and safety warnings in this manual.
- Proper Vehicle Placement: Always park the vehicle on a firm, level surface. Engage the parking brake and place wheel chocks on the tires that will remain on the ground.
- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons (11023 LBS). Ensure the jack is suitable for your vehicle's weight.
- Correct Jacking Point: Position the jack only at the vehicle manufacturer's recommended jacking points. Incorrect placement can cause vehicle damage or instability.
- Stabilize Vehicle: Once the vehicle is lifted, always use jack stands to support the vehicle before performing any work underneath. Never rely solely on the jack for support.
- Clear Work Area: Keep hands, feet, and other body parts clear of the jack and the vehicle during lifting and lowering operations.
- Power Source: Use only the provided 12V cigarette lighter or car battery connections. Ensure proper polarity when connecting to a car battery.
- Smart Protection Mechanism: The jack features a self-locking power structure and overload protection. If power is disconnected, the jack will not suddenly drop. It will resume operation once power is restored.
- Safety Knob: Utilize the safety knob to control the descent of the support rod, providing an additional layer of safety.
- Environmental Conditions: The hydraulic jack and power cable connectors are waterproof, allowing for reliable operation even in rainy conditions. However, exercise caution in adverse weather.

7.2 Inflator Not Working/Low Pressure
- Check Air Hose Connection: Ensure the air hose is tightly screwed onto the inflator port and the tire valve stem.
- Verify Power: Confirm the jack is receiving power as described above.
- Inspect Nozzle: Ensure the correct inflation nozzle is used and it is not blocked or damaged.
- Fuse: Check the fuse for the inflator function.
7.3 Impact Wrench Not Operating
- Power Connection: Ensure the impact wrench is properly connected to the jack's 12V power outlet.
- Vehicle Power: Confirm the vehicle's power source is active.
- Fuse: Check the fuse for the impact wrench.
