Thank you for choosing the Eigsupia X18 Open Ear Headphones. These headphones are designed to provide a comfortable and immersive audio experience while allowing you to remain aware of your surroundings. Featuring advanced Bluetooth 5.3 technology, a lightweight design, and long battery life, they are ideal for various activities including sports, work, and daily use.

Setup

1. Charging the Headphones and Case

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. The charging case features an LED digital display to show the remaining battery percentage.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging box and a power source.
• The LED display on the charging case will indicate the charging status.
• A full charge provides approximately 4 hours of playback for the earphones, with the charging case extending total playtime to 36 hours.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for "X18" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
4. Select "X18" to connect. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone.
5. The headphones use Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable connection up to 10 meters.

3. Wearing the Headphones

The Eigsupia X18 features an open-ear design for comfort and situational awareness. Each earbud weighs only 8g.

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Place the ear hook over your ear, ensuring the sound openings line up directly with your ear canals.
3. Rotate the earbud backward along the auricle to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Eigsupia X18 headphones, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Water Resistance: The headphones are IP54 waterproof, meaning they are protected from limited dust ingress and water spray from any direction. Do not submerge them in water. Dry thoroughly if exposed to sweat or rain.
• Storage: Store the headphones in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
• Charging: Use only the provided charging cable or a certified USB-C cable. Do not use wall chargers over 5V, 1A.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Eigsupia X18 headphones, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Sound/Connection Issues:
  • Ensure the headphones are charged.
  • Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try re-pairing.
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close it, then open it again to reset the connection.
  • Ensure the headphones are within the 10-meter Bluetooth range of your device.
• One Earbud Not Working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are properly seated and charging.
  • Try re-pairing the headphones with your device.
• Charging Problems:
  • Check if the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  • Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
• Touch Control Unresponsive:
  • Ensure your fingers are clean and dry when using touch controls.
  • Try resetting the headphones by placing them in the case and closing it.
