Operation
Making Espresso

- Press the Coffee button. The machine will begin brewing espresso.
- Press the Coffee button again to stop the flow when the desired amount of espresso is reached.
Frothing Milk
- Fill a milk pitcher with cold milk (dairy or non-dairy).
- Press the Steam button. Wait for the indicator light to show the machine is ready for steaming.
- Submerge the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk.
- Turn the steam knob to release steam. Move the pitcher up and down to create foam.
- Once desired texture and temperature are achieved, turn off the steam knob and press the Steam button again to deactivate.
- Immediately wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth to prevent milk residue from drying.
