5.2 Mode Selection and Gear Adjustment
The device offers two primary modes: Auto and Manual. It also features 99 adjustable power levels (Gears) to accommodate different material thicknesses (0.1mm to 0.2mm) and welding requirements.
- Auto Mode: The device automatically detects contact and triggers the weld. Ideal for quick, repetitive tasks.
- Manual Mode: Requires pressing the Manual Key to trigger the weld after positioning the welding pins. Provides greater control for precise applications.
- Adjusting Gears: Use the Adjustment Key to cycle through the 99 power levels. Start with lower gears for thinner materials and gradually increase for thicker ones.

5.3 Welding Process
- Positioning: Place the nickel sheet firmly against the battery terminal or material to be welded.
- Apply Pressure: Position the welding pins of the AWithZ H2 onto the nickel sheet, ensuring both pins make good contact with the surface. Apply firm, even pressure.
- Trigger Weld:
- In Auto Mode, the weld will automatically trigger after a short delay once good contact is detected.
- In Manual Mode, press the Manual Key on the side of the device to initiate the weld.
- Inspect Weld: After the weld, carefully lift the spot welder and inspect the weld joint for strength and consistency. Adjust gear settings or technique as needed.
