2. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to set up your MagicScoop M1 Pro litter box:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the main unit, four support legs, power adapter, instruction manual, trash bags, and fragrance box.
- Install Support Legs: Flip the main unit base upside down. Match the clearly marked 'L' (Left) and 'R' (Right) legs to their corresponding slots on the base. Firmly click each leg into place until secure.
- Prepare Waste Bin: Insert a trash bag into the waste bin. Place the cat-shaped fragrance box into its designated slot in the waste bin. Slide the prepared waste bin into the compartment at the front of the main unit.
- Add Litter: Fill the litter compartment with compatible clumping cat litter, ensuring the level is between the 'MIN' and 'MAX' lines indicated inside the globe.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the unit and then into a wall outlet.
- Wi-Fi Connection (Optional):
- Download the 'MagicScoop' app from your app store.
- Register and log in to the app.
- On the main unit, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light blinks rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
- In the app, click 'Add Device' or search for the device. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection. (Note: Requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network).

The MagicScoop M1 Pro operates automatically, but also offers manual and app-controlled functions.
Automatic Cleaning Cycle
The patented Bionic Scooping technology automatically detects when your cat has used the litter box and initiates a cleaning cycle after a set delay (adjustable via app). The anti-stick roller and base ensure efficient waste removal without clumping residue.
Manual Controls (Unit Buttons)
- Wi-Fi Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode for app connection.
- Empty Button: Initiates a full emptying cycle of the litter compartment for deep cleaning or litter changes.
- Clean Button: Initiates a standard cleaning cycle.

Changing Trash Bags
The 7L large capacity dump bin can hold waste for up to 10 days with one cat. When the waste bin is full (indicated by app alert), simply pull the string up to dispose of the waste bag and replace it with a new one.
Cleaning the Scoop
Rub the scoop once or twice a week to prevent residue buildup and maintain efficient scooping.
Deep Cleaning the Unit
The removable base allows for quick and easy hose-down cleaning. Ensure the power supply host on the right side is wrapped up to prevent malfunction during cleaning.
