The KODLIX GD90 Mini PC is a compact and powerful computing solution designed for various applications, from home entertainment to demanding office tasks. It integrates advanced components within a small form factor, offering high performance and versatile connectivity.

2. Setup Guide
2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present and undamaged. The package includes: 1x GD90 Mini PC, 1x Mount Support, 1x Power Cable, 1x US Power Adapter, 1x HDMI Cable, 1x User Manual.
2.2. Connecting Peripherals
Connect your monitor(s), keyboard, and mouse to the appropriate ports on the Mini PC. The device supports triple display output via HDMI2.0, DisplayPort1.4, and USB-C 4K@60Hz video outputs.
Connect the power adapter to the DC 19V input port on the rear of the Mini PC, then plug the power cable into a wall outlet.
2.3. First Boot-up
Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The system will initiate the boot process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the operating system setup.
2.4. Storage Expansion
The KODLIX GD90 Mini PC supports internal storage expansion. It includes a 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe4.0 SSD and supports scalability up to 2TB. Additionally, it supports expansion for a 2.5-inch 2TB SSD. The necessary SATA connection cable is provided for internal 2.5-inch drive installation.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1. Processor and Graphics
The KODLIX GD90 Mini PC is equipped with an Intel Core i9-12900HK processor (14 cores, 20 threads, 24MB cache, up to 5.0GHz) and Intel Iris Xe Graphics (up to 1.45GHz). This configuration is suitable for business offices, design, video editing, web browsing, and home theater applications.

3.2. Memory and Storage
The Mini PC features 32GB DDR4 RAM (2x16GB, dual-channel, expandable up to 64GB) and a 1TB M.2 2280 PCIe4.0 SSD. The 32GB RAM enhances the performance of the Intel Iris Xe graphics, providing faster response times for data processing and gaming. The 1TB SSD offers substantial storage capacity for files and media.
3.3. Display Configuration
The KODLIX GD90 supports triple display output at 4K@60Hz via its HDMI2.0, DisplayPort1.4, and USB-C ports. This multi-screen capability is beneficial for multitasking, data processing, media streaming, and professional AV systems.

3.4. Network and Wireless Connectivity
The Mini PC includes a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port, offering data transfer speeds up to 2.5 times faster than standard Gigabit Ethernet. It also features Wi-Fi 6E with 2.4G/5G/6G triple band support for faster and lower latency wireless connections. Bluetooth 5.2 allows for seamless connection to various wireless devices.

3.5. Power Delivery
The KODLIX GD90 Mini PC supports Type-C PD 100W adapter input, providing flexible power options.

4. Maintenance
4.1. Cleaning
Regularly clean the exterior of the Mini PC with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure that the ventilation grilles on the sides and bottom are free from dust and debris to maintain optimal airflow and prevent overheating.
4.2. Fan Noise
The GD90 Mini PC is designed with an ultra-quiet fan. Under full load, the fan noise is approximately 43dB, reducing to 32dB in standby mode. This ensures a quiet operating environment.
4.3. Mounting Options
The Mini PC can be wall-mounted or placed horizontally. The included mount support allows for flexible placement, such as behind a monitor, to save desk space.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1. No Display Output
- Ensure all display cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C) are securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
- Verify that the monitor is set to the correct input source.
- Try connecting to a different display or using a different cable to rule out faulty equipment.
5.2. Power Issues
- Check that the power adapter is firmly connected to the Mini PC and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power outlet is functional by testing it with another device.
- If the device does not power on, disconnect all peripherals and try booting with only the power connected.
5.3. Connectivity Problems (Wi-Fi/LAN)
- For Wi-Fi, ensure the wireless adapter is enabled in the operating system settings.
- Verify that the Wi-Fi network is active and within range.
- For LAN, check the Ethernet cable connection to both the Mini PC and the router/modem.
- Restart your router/modem and the Mini PC.
