4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Preparation of Ingredients

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • Peel fruits with thick skins (e.g., oranges, lemons, pineapples).
  • Remove large seeds or pits from fruits (e.g., peaches, plums, cherries).
  • Cut ingredients into pieces small enough to fit into the feeding chute. For fibrous vegetables like celery or kale, cut them into shorter lengths to prevent clogging.

4.2 Juicing Process

  1. Ensure the juicer is fully assembled and securely locked.
  2. Place a juice collection container under the juice outlet and a pulp collection container under the pulp outlet.
  3. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
  4. Turn the control dial to the "START" position. The juicer will begin operating at 65 RPM.
  5. Gradually feed prepared ingredients into the feeding chute. Use the pusher only if necessary to gently guide ingredients. Do not force ingredients.
  6. Once juicing is complete, turn the control dial to the "OFF" position and unplug the appliance.

4.3 Reverse Function

If ingredients become jammed or the juicer stops during operation, use the reverse function to clear the blockage.

  1. Turn the control dial to the "OFF" position.
  2. Turn the control dial to the "REV" (Reverse) position and hold for a few seconds. This will rotate the auger in the opposite direction to dislodge food.
  3. Release the dial to the "OFF" position.
  4. If the blockage is cleared, you can resume juicing by turning the dial to "START". If not, disassemble and clean the parts.

  3. Brushing: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp residue from the filter screen and other components.
  4. Dishwasher Safe Parts: All detachable parts are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack of your dishwasher for cleaning.
  5. Motor Base: Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  6. Drying and Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer. Store in a clean, dry place.
