1. Introduction

This ultra-compact, Qi2 certified portable charger is designed to provide fast, safe, and reliable power for your iPhone 12 series and later, as well as other compatible devices. Featuring 15W MagSafe wireless charging and 27W USB-C wired charging, it allows you to power up to two devices simultaneously. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your power bank.

3. Product Overview

The ESR MagSafe Power Bank features a sleek, compact design with multiple functionalities for convenient charging.

Key Components:

• Magnetic Wireless Charging Surface: For MagSafe-compatible iPhones and other Qi2 devices.

4. Setup

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your ESR MagSafe Power Bank.

Charging the Power Bank:

1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included). A 27W or higher power adapter is recommended for fastest charging.
3. The digital display on the power bank will show the charging percentage and estimated time to full charge.

5. Operating Instructions

Wireless Charging (MagSafe):

The power bank is Qi2 certified, offering 15W fast wireless charging for compatible devices.

1. Ensure your iPhone (12 series or later) or other Qi2-compatible device supports MagSafe or has a MagSafe-compatible case.
2. Align the back of your iPhone with the magnetic charging surface of the power bank. The magnets will snap into place, securing the connection.
3. Charging will begin automatically. The power bank's display will show its remaining charge.

Wired Charging (USB-C):

Use the USB-C port for 27W fast wired charging.

1. Connect one end of the USB-C to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port.
2. Connect the other end to your device's USB-C charging port.
3. Charging will begin automatically.

Charging Two Devices Simultaneously:

You can charge one device wirelessly via MagSafe and another via the USB-C port at the same time.

Using the Integrated Kickstand:

The kickstand allows for convenient hands-free viewing while charging.

1. Gently pull out the integrated kickstand from the back of the power bank.
2. Adjust the kickstand to your desired viewing angle. It supports both portrait and landscape orientations.
3. When finished, fold the kickstand back into its recess until it clicks into place.

The ESR MagSafe Power Bank is designed for broad compatibility:

• Wireless Charging: Compatible with iPhone 12 series and later (iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 series). Also compatible with official MagSafe cases, ESR magnetic cases, and ESR Universal Rings.
• Wired Charging: Compatible with any device that charges via USB-C, including Samsung and Android phones (27W USB-C wired charging).
• Note: Samsung and Android phones without wireless charging can only use 27W USB-C wired charging. MagSafe wireless charging is not supported for Samsung and Android phones with non-magnetic cases. Qi2 15W fast charging is not supported for Samsung and Android phones.

7. Safety Guidelines

To ensure safe and optimal performance of your power bank, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Recommended for use between 50°F to 104°F (10°C to 40°C).
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid overcharging the power bank or connected devices.
• Charge regularly to maintain battery health, even if not in frequent use.
• Use only the original cable provided or certified cables to charge the power bank and your devices.
• Do not expose the power bank to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or liquids.
• Do not disassemble, crush, or puncture the power bank.
• Keep out of reach of children.

8. Maintenance and Care

• Clean the power bank with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Avoid dropping the power bank or subjecting it to strong impacts.
• If the power bank is not used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% every three months to preserve battery life.

Common Issues and Solutions:

• Device not charging wirelessly:
  • Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or later) or has a MagSafe-compatible case.
  • Check for proper alignment between the phone and the power bank's magnetic surface.
  • Remove any foreign objects between the phone and the power bank.
  • Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
• Device not charging via USB-C:
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
  • Try a different USB-C cable to rule out cable issues.
  • Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge.
• Power bank not charging:
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to the power bank and the power adapter.
  • Try a different power adapter or wall outlet.
  • Use the original USB-C cable provided.
• Overheating during charging:
  • The power bank has built-in heat dissipation features. If it feels excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool down.
  • Ensure there is adequate airflow around the power bank and device during charging.
  • Note that iOS 17 may pause charging at 80% if your iPhone overheats to protect the battery and will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler location can speed this up.
