Operating Instructions

Fuel Transfer Process

  1. Ensure the pump is securely attached to the fuel can and the suction pipe is fully submerged in the liquid.
  2. Insert the discharge nozzle into the receiving tank (e.g., vehicle fuel tank, lawnmower). The nozzle includes a clip to secure it in place.
  3. Press the "ON" button on the pump unit. The built-in LED indicator will illuminate, and the pump will begin transferring liquid.
  4. Monitor the transfer process. The auto-stop sensor in the nozzle will automatically shut off the pump when the receiving tank is full, preventing overfilling and spills.
  5. Once the transfer is complete and the pump has stopped, press the "OFF" button.
  6. Carefully remove the discharge nozzle from the receiving tank, allowing any residual liquid in the hose to drain back into the fuel can.
  7. Remove the pump unit from the fuel can.
