2. What should I do if CP86 was used normally for a while but then couldn't be used anymore?
   Reset the vehicle system (go to the vehicle's system settings, find "reset" and click to reset). Connect your iPhone to the car. Reset the box (connect to the product's Wi-Fi, enter the password 88888888, go to the website 192.168.1.101 and then click "reset"). After that, reconnect it and it can be used normally.
3. I can use it normally, but every morning when I use it for the first time, I have to unplug and replug the box and then it can be connected successfully. What should I do?
   Connect your phone to the product's Wi-Fi, enter the password 88888888, go to the website 192.168.1.101, and then click to select "delayed startup". You can choose mode 1 (1s) or mode 2 (30s).
4. My phone is connected to the product, but when I turn on the hotspot, CarPlay gets disconnected. What should I do?
   This phenomenon is normal. Since the phone is a device with a single Wi-Fi module, once the phone is connected to the product, the Wi-Fi channel is already occupied. Turning on the hotspot will cause the Wi-Fi to disconnect. These two functions cannot coexist. Please be aware of this.
