  • Do not use the device if any part is broken or damaged. Contact customer support for assistance.
  • Keep the device out of reach of children. This product is not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
  • Consult a dental professional before use if you have certain medical conditions or have recently undergone oral surgery.
  • Always follow proper charging and battery handling instructions to prevent hazards.
  • Do not immerse the charging base in water. The flosser itself is IPX7 waterproof, but the charging port should be dry before charging.
  • Use only water or dentist-recommended mouthwash in the water tank. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.

Setup Instructions

  1. Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the device for approximately 8 hours. Connect the USB charging cable to the flosser's charging port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The battery indicator light will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 30 days of battery life.
  2. Attach Nozzle: Insert your desired nozzle into the hole at the top of the flosser handle until it clicks into place. To remove, press the nozzle release button (usually located on the back or side of the unit) and pull the nozzle out.
  3. Fill Water Tank: The 300ml water tank can be filled in two ways:
    • Open the top cap of the water tank and pour warm water directly into the reservoir.
    • Detach the entire water tank from the main unit by twisting or pulling down (refer to product diagram for specific mechanism) and fill it under a faucet.
    Ensure the tank is securely reattached if removed.

Operating Instructions

  1. Select Mode: Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 5 available cleaning modes:
    • Strong: For deep cleaning.
    • Normal: For daily usage.
    • Massage: To massage gums.
    • Shoot: For targeted cleaning of stubborn plaque.
    • DIY: Customize water pressure manually.
    The device has an automatic memory function that will recall your last used mode.
  2. Positioning: Lean over a sink. Place the nozzle tip into your mouth, pointing it towards your teeth and gum line. Keep your mouth slightly open to allow water to flow into the sink.
  3. Start Flossing: Press the Power button to turn on the device. For 'Shoot' mode, press and hold the Power button to spray water, and release to stop.
  4. Flossing Technique: Guide the water jet along your gum line and between each tooth. Focus on cleaning all areas of your mouth. The device will automatically shut off after 2 minutes of continuous use.
  5. DIY Mode Adjustment: In DIY mode, press and hold the 'M' (Mode) button to adjust the water pressure from minimum to maximum, then release when the desired pressure is reached.
  6. Finish: After flossing, turn off the device by pressing the Power button. Empty any remaining water from the tank.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  • After Each Use: Empty any remaining water from the tank. Run the flosser for a few seconds with clean water to flush out any residue.
  • Clean Water Tank: The 300ml water tank is detachable for easy cleaning. Regularly detach and rinse the tank with warm water. For thorough cleaning, you can use a mild soap and water solution, then rinse completely.
  • Clean Nozzles: Rinse nozzles under running water after each use. Replace nozzles every 3 months or sooner if they show signs of wear.
  • Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the flosser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the main unit in water (except for the IPX7 waterproof rating, avoid prolonged submersion, especially the charging port area).
  • Storage: Store the flosser in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the water tank is empty before storing for extended periods.

Troubleshooting
