Setup and Preparation
1. Preparing the Gel Ice Pack
For optimal cooling performance, the included gel ice pack must be thoroughly frozen before use.
- Remove the gel ice pack from the cooler bottle.
- Place the ice pack in a freezer for a minimum of 10-12 hours, or preferably 24 hours, until completely solid.
- Once frozen, insert the ice pack into the main compartment of the cooler bottle.

Operating Instructions
1. Storing Medication
The cooler is designed with a wide-mouth opening for easy access and cleaning. It can accommodate various diabetic supplies.
- The main compartment can hold 1-5 insulin pens or up to 8 insulin vials.
- Carefully place your medication into the main compartment, ensuring it is surrounded by the chilled ice pack.

2. Using the Portable Storage Lid
The cooler features a convenient storage lid for small accessories.
- Unscrew the top lid of the cooler.
- The portable storage lid is located on top of the main lid. Open it to access the compartment.
- Store small items such as needles, alcohol pads, cotton balls, or even small snacks in this compartment.
- Securely close the storage lid and then screw the main lid back onto the cooler bottle.

3. Cooling Duration
With a properly frozen ice pack, the YOUSHARES Insulin Cooler can maintain refrigerator-level temperatures for up to 48 hours, depending on ambient conditions.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the interior and exterior of the cooler with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is completely dry before storing. Do not submerge the cooler in water.
- Ice Pack Care: The gel ice pack can be reused multiple times. Inspect it for any leaks or damage before each use. Discard if damaged.
- Storage: Store the cooler in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
