1. Safety Information
Read all instructions carefully before assembly, installation, and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage or personal injury. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Maximum Load Capacity: Do not exceed the total weight capacity of 200 lbs (100 lbs per bike).
- Hitch Receiver: This bike rack is designed exclusively for vehicles with a 2-inch hitch receiver. Do not attempt to install on other hitch sizes.
- Vehicle Compatibility: Ensure your vehicle (Car, RV, SUV, Trailer, Truck, Van) is suitable for carrying a hitch-mounted bike rack and the combined weight of the rack and bikes.
- Secure Attachment: Always ensure all bikes are properly secured to the rack using the provided wheel cradles, straps, and frame clamps before driving.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all fasteners, straps, and connections for tightness and wear, especially during long trips or after driving on rough terrain.
- Clearance: Be aware of the increased length and width of your vehicle when the bike rack is installed, especially when backing up, turning, or parking.
2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the assembly diagram are present and undamaged. Most parts come pre-assembled for ease of installation.
2.2 Hitch Receiver Compatibility
This bike rack is designed to fit a standard 2-inch hitch receiver. Confirm your vehicle's hitch receiver size before proceeding with installation.
2.3 Assembly
The bike rack features a design with many pre-assembled components, requiring minimal tools for final setup. Refer to the included hardware and diagrams for specific steps.

2.4 Installing the Rack to the Vehicle
Insert the hitch arm of the bike rack into your vehicle's 2-inch hitch receiver. Align the pinholes and secure the rack using the provided locking hitch pin. Ensure the anti-wobble mechanism is engaged to prevent movement.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Loading Bikes
The rack accommodates two bikes, each weighing up to 100 lbs, for a total capacity of 200 lbs. It is compatible with various bike types, including e-bikes, mountain bikes, and road bikes, with tires up to 5 inches wide.

3.2 Securing Bikes
Utilize the 2-arm centralized fix technology, patent-secure wheel cradles, and anti-wobble structure to firmly hold your bikes. The 360° swirl design secures the upper, middle, and lower frames of your e-bike, preventing swaying and knocking against the vehicle, even on rough off-road surfaces.

3.3 Accessing Vehicle Trunk
The rack features a quick-release tilting mechanism, allowing you to access your vehicle's trunk without needing to unload the bikes. Simply engage the release and tilt the rack downwards.

3.4 Folding for Storage
When not in use, the rack can be easily folded up towards the vehicle for compact storage or parking. It includes an anti-detachment limit safety device for bumpy roads.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your bike rack.
- Inspection: Before each use, inspect all straps, buckles, bolts, and the hitch connection for any signs of wear, damage, or looseness.
- Cleaning: Clean the rack periodically with mild soap and water to remove dirt, road grime, and salt. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent corrosion.
- Lubrication: Apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts, such as hinges and the tilting mechanism, to ensure smooth operation.
- Storage: When not in use, store the bike rack in a dry, protected area to prevent exposure to harsh weather conditions.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Bike Instability or Swaying
- Check Straps: Ensure all wheel straps and frame clamps are tightened securely. The straps should be taut, holding the bike firmly in place.
- Wheel Cradles: Verify that the bike wheels are properly seated within the wheel cradles.
- Hitch Connection: Confirm the hitch pin is fully inserted and secured, and the anti-wobble mechanism is engaged to eliminate play between the rack and the hitch receiver.
- Bike Placement: Ensure bikes are loaded evenly and that their weight distribution is balanced on the rack.
5.2 Difficulty Folding or Tilting
- Obstructions: Check for any debris or objects obstructing the folding or tilting mechanisms.
- Lubrication: Apply lubricant to the hinge points and quick-release mechanisms if they feel stiff.
- Release Mechanism: Ensure the quick-release handle is fully disengaged before attempting to fold or tilt the rack.
