It operates using 100% all-natural hardwood pellets.

Setup and Assembly

Initial Burn-In Procedure:

Operating Instructions

Pellet Loading:

The grill features a 21 lb. pellet hopper capacity. Lift the hopper lid and pour 100% all-natural hardwood pellets into the hopper. Ensure the hopper is not overfilled.

Temperature Control:

The digital control board with LCD screen allows for precise temperature adjustments from 180°F to 500°F in 5°F increments. Use the dial to set your desired cooking temperature. The integrated meat probe can be used to monitor internal food temperature.

Flame Broiler Operation:

For direct flame searing up to 1,000°F, utilize the Flame Broiler Lever. This lever allows you to open a direct flame access point for high-heat searing.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Grill:

  • Empty the grease bucket frequently to prevent overflow and fire hazards.
