3. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two adults. Clear a spacious area for assembly. Do not fully tighten bolts until all components are loosely assembled.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and compare them against the parts list in the included diagram (if applicable) to ensure everything is present.
- Assemble the Lower Bed Frame: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard of the lower bed using the provided hardware. Hand-tighten bolts initially.
- Assemble the Upper Bed Frame: Repeat the process for the upper bed frame.
- Attach Ladders: Securely attach the two side ladders to the designated points on the bunk bed frame.
- Install Guardrails: Mount the full-length guardrails to the upper bunk frame, ensuring they are firmly attached for safety.
- Integrate Trundle Bed: Assemble the trundle bed frame. The trundle features brakeable wheels for easy movement and secure positioning.
- Install Slats: Place the metal slats onto both the upper and lower bunk frames, and the trundle frame. Ensure they are evenly spaced and secured.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, systematically tighten all bolts and screws using the provided Allen wrench. Do not overtighten.

4. Operating Instructions
Using the Bunk Bed
- Upper Bunk Access: Use the integrated side ladders to safely access the upper bunk. The full-length guardrails provide protection against falls.
- Trundle Bed Operation: The trundle bed is designed to slide out from under the lower bunk. It features brakeable wheels. To use, unlock the wheels, pull the trundle out, and then lock the wheels to secure its position. To store, unlock the wheels, push the trundle back under the lower bunk, and lock the wheels.

Detaching into Three Individual Beds
This bunk bed can be conveniently separated into two individual twin beds and one trundle bed. This allows for flexible room arrangements as needs change.
- Disassemble Upper Bunk: Carefully remove the upper bunk from the lower bunk by unfastening the connecting hardware. It is recommended to have at least two adults for this step.
- Remove Ladders and Guardrails: Detach the ladders and guardrails from the upper bunk frame.
- Reconfigure: The lower bunk can now function as a standalone twin bed. The upper bunk, once separated and with guardrails removed, can also be used as a standalone twin bed. The trundle remains a separate, movable bed.
