Setup Guide

1. Device Assembly:

1. Unpack all components from the packaging.
2. Connect the PH electrode to the designated PH port on the main unit.
3. Connect the ORP electrode to the designated ORP port.
4. Connect the EC/TDS/SALT/S.G/CF electrode to its respective port.
5. Connect the temperature probe to the TEMP port.
6. Plug the power adapter into the device and then into a standard electrical outlet.

2. App Installation and Connection:

1. Download the "Tuya Smart" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Register or log in to your Tuya Smart account.
3. Ensure your device is powered on and in pairing mode (refer to the device's LED indicator for status).
4. In the Tuya Smart app, tap "+" to add a new device.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the water quality tester to your home WiFi network.
6. Once connected, the device will appear in your app, allowing real-time monitoring.

Operating Instructions

1. Calibration:

Regular calibration is crucial for accurate readings. Refer to the specific calibration procedures for each parameter (PH, ORP, EC/TDS/SALT/S.G/CF) in the Tuya Smart app or the device's physical buttons.

• PH Calibration: Use the provided PH 4.01, 6.86, and 9.18 buffer solutions. Follow the app's guided calibration steps.
• EC/TDS Calibration: Use the provided 1413 us/cm and 12.88 ms/cm conductivity solutions.
• ORP Calibration: ORP calibration typically involves a single point calibration with a known ORP solution.

2. Taking Measurements:

1. Ensure all electrodes are properly connected and clean.
2. Immerse the electrodes into the water sample you wish to test. Ensure the sensing parts of all probes are fully submerged.
3. Wait a few seconds for the readings to stabilize on the device's LCD screen and in the Tuya Smart app.
4. The app will display real-time data for PH, ORP, TDS, EC, SALT, S.G, TEMP, and CF.

3. Data Logging and Export:

• The Tuya Smart app automatically logs historical data.
• You can view daily, weekly, and monthly data trends within the app.
• To export data, navigate to the data history section in the app and select the export option (usually to email).

Maintenance

1. Electrode Cleaning:

• After each use, rinse the electrodes thoroughly with distilled or deionized water to prevent contamination and buildup.
• For stubborn deposits, gently clean the electrodes with a soft brush or cotton swab and a mild cleaning solution recommended for probes. Avoid abrasive materials.

2. Electrode Storage:

• Always store PH and ORP electrodes in their respective storage solutions or a 3M KCl solution to keep the sensing membrane hydrated. Do not store in distilled water.
• Ensure the protective caps are securely placed on the electrodes when not in use.

3. General Care:

• Keep the main unit dry and clean. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Regularly check cables and connections for any signs of wear or damage.
