3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Ensure all components listed in the Product Overview section are present.
  2. Position the Mat: Lay the main massage mat flat on a bed, sofa, chair, or floor. Ensure the surface is stable and comfortable.
  3. Attach Neck Massage Pillow: The neck massage pillow is typically attached to the top section of the main mat via zippers. Align the zippers and secure the pillow.
  4. Attach Foot Massager: The foot massager connects to the bottom section of the main mat. Connect the corresponding cables.
  5. Connect Power: Locate the power input on the mat. Connect the wired remote controller to the mat, then connect the power adapter to the remote controller, and finally plug the power adapter into a standard 100-240V AC power outlet.
  6. Inflate Lumbar Pillow (Optional): If desired, use the manual inflating pump to adjust the firmness of the lumbar support pillow integrated into the mat.

4. Operating Instructions

The massage mat is controlled via a wired remote. Familiarize yourself with the remote's buttons for optimal use.

Remote Controller Functions:

  • Power On/Off: Press the 'Time/Power' button to turn the mat on or off.
  • Timer: Press the 'Time/Power' button repeatedly to cycle through 10, 20, or 30-minute auto-off timer settings.
  • Mode: Use the 'Mode' button to select from 9 different vibration massage modes.
  • Strength/Intensity: Adjust the vibration intensity with the 'Strength' buttons (9 levels).
  • Speed: Adjust the vibration speed with the 'Speed' buttons (9 levels).
  • Point Selection: Use the 'Point' button to select specific massage areas (neck, back, hips, legs).
  • Heat: Activate and adjust the lumbar heating function with the 'Heat' button (3 levels).

Neck Massager Operation:

  • Power: Use the ON/OFF button on the neck massager itself.
  • Direction: Select positive or negative kneading direction.
  • Kneading Speeds: Choose from 3 different kneading speeds.
  • Red Light Therapy: Toggle red light therapy on/off.
  • Smart Modes: Select from 3 smart massage modes (Intermittent Positive, Intermittent Negative, Intermittent Positive & Negative).

Lumbar Heat Therapy:

The mat features a dedicated heating function for the lumbar area, controlled via the main remote.

  • Press the 'Heat' button on the remote to activate.
  • Cycle through 3 heating levels to find your preferred warmth.
  • The system includes overheating protection for safety.

5. Maintenance and Care

Proper care ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your massage mat.

Cleaning:

  • Always unplug the mat before cleaning.
  • Wipe the mat with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
  • The pillow cloth with elastic fixing buckle straps is washable. Remove it from the neck massager before washing.
  • Ensure the mat is completely dry before storing or next use.

Storage:

  • Disconnect all cables and detach the neck massager and foot massager.
  • Fold the main mat neatly.
  • Place all components into the provided storage bag.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Mat not turning on:
    • Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the remote controller and a working electrical outlet.
    • Check if the remote controller is properly connected to the main mat.
    • Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
  • No heat or weak vibration:
    • Confirm that the heat or intensity settings are adjusted to the desired level using the remote controller.
    • Ensure the mat is laid flat and not folded or obstructed, which could affect performance.
  • Neck or Foot Massager not working:
    • Check that the specific massager's power button is on (for the neck massager).
    • Ensure all connecting cables between the main mat and the detachable massagers are securely fastened.
  • Unusual noises:
    • Some vibration noise is normal. If the noise is excessive or unusual, discontinue use and contact customer support.
