2. Safety Information

3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly requires two people and approximately 2-3 hours. All parts are labeled, and clear instructions are provided in the physical manual. A power drill may be helpful but is not strictly required.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the included parts list.
- Assemble Headboard: Follow the instructions to connect the headboard sections securely.
- Attach Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Install Center Support: Assemble and install the metal skeletons and central support legs.
- Place Slats: Distribute and secure the 30 hardwood slats across the frame. Ensure they are evenly spaced and locked into place for optimal mattress support.
- Assemble Drawers: Construct the two storage drawers, attaching the metal handles and installing the smooth slides.
- Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled drawers into their designated compartments at the foot of the bed.
- Final Check: Ensure all screws and bolts are tightened, and the frame is stable before placing a mattress on it.

5. Operating Instructions
- Mattress Placement: This bed frame does not require a box spring. Place your mattress directly onto the wooden slats. It is designed to fit mattresses between 8 and 14 inches in height.
- Storage Drawers: The two large drawers at the foot of the bed operate on smooth slides. Use the metal handles to pull them out for access and push them in to close. Avoid overloading drawers to ensure smooth operation and longevity.
- Headboard Use: The 54-inch tall headboard provides comfortable back and neck support for lounging, reading, or watching TV in bed.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the bed frame with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
- Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as necessary to maintain stability.
- Drawer Slides: If drawers become stiff, a small amount of silicone lubricant can be applied to the slides.
