Setup Guide

1. Charging the Smart Ring

Before initial use, fully charge your SR500 Smart Ring. Place the ring onto the charging base, ensuring the charging contacts align. Connect the charging cable to the base and a suitable USB power source. A full charge typically provides approximately 2-3 days of standby time.

2. App Installation and Pairing

The SR500 Smart Ring requires the companion application for full functionality. Search for "JSRings" on the App Store (for iOS) or "GooOgle" (for Android) and install it on your smartphone. The application supports various languages including English, Arabic, Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, Persian, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Turkish, and Simplified Chinese.

1. Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Open the installed application.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or log in.
4. Select "Add Device" or a similar option within the app.
5. The app will search for your SR500 Smart Ring via Bluetooth 5.0 (range 3-5 meters).

3. Wearing the Smart Ring

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning

To maintain the accuracy of the sensors and the appearance of your ring, clean it regularly. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the ring. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Water Resistance (IP67)

The SR500 Smart Ring has an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it is protected from dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. This makes it suitable for daily activities like hand washing and showering. However, it is not recommended for swimming, diving, or prolonged exposure to water under high pressure.

Storage

Troubleshooting

Ring not pairing with the app:

• Ensure the ring is charged.
• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

• Restart your smartphone.

Inaccurate health data:

• Ensure the ring is worn correctly and snugly on your finger, with sensors in good contact with the skin.
• Clean the sensors on the inner side of the ring.
• Avoid extreme movements during measurements.

Ring not charging:

• Verify the charging cable and adapter are working correctly.
• Ensure the ring is properly seated on the charging base and contacts are aligned.
• Clean the charging contacts on both the ring and the base.
