Please read all safety instructions carefully before using this appliance to prevent injury or damage.

• Always place the humidifier on a firm, flat, waterproof surface at least 12 inches (30 cm) away from walls and appliances.
• Do not place the humidifier on carpet or a soft surface.
• Keep the humidifier out of reach of children and pets.
• Unplug the humidifier from the power outlet before filling, cleaning, or moving it.
• Do not immerse the humidifier in water or other liquids.
• Use clean, cool tap water. Distilled water is recommended to prevent mineral buildup.
• Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank. Use the designated essential oil tray.

3. Setup

Follow these steps for initial setup of your KZF humidifier:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all packing materials are removed.
2. Placement: Place the humidifier on a stable, level surface. Ensure it is away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and electronic devices.
3. Fill Water Tank: The KZF humidifier features a convenient top-fill design. Lift the top cover and pour clean, cool water directly into the water tank. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated on the side of the tank.

4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The display will illuminate, indicating the humidifier is in standby mode.
5. Initial Operation: For the first use, allow approximately 60 seconds for the humidifier to prime before mist begins to appear.

4. Operating Instructions

Your KZF humidifier can be operated via the touch control panel or the included remote control.

Control Panel & Remote Functions:

• Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the humidifier on or off.
• Mist Level Adjustment: Select from 3-speed humidity adjustments (Low, Medium, High). The humidifier also offers constant mist volume (up to 300ml/hour) and intermittent mist volume (1M, 3M, 5M intervals).

• Humidity Setting (Humidistat): Set your desired humidity level from 45% to 90% (adjustable by 5% increments). The built-in humidity sensor monitors ambient humidity. The humidifier will automatically shut off when the set level is reached and restart when humidity falls below it.
• Sleep Mode: In sleep mode, the LED screen illumination stops, but the humidifier continues to operate at your set humidity level for undisturbed sleep.
• 12-Hour Timer: Use the timer function to set the humidifier to run for a specific duration, up to 12 hours.
• 360° Nozzle: The rotating nozzle allows you to direct the mist flow in any desired direction.
• Essential Oil Diffuser: Locate the essential oil tray on the back of the unit. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil to the pad in the tray. The humidifier will then diffuse the aroma along with the mist.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and longevity of your humidifier.

• Daily Cleaning: Empty and rinse the water tank daily. Wipe down the mist outlet and exterior surfaces.
• Weekly Cleaning: For thorough cleaning, remove the top section. The wide opening of the water tank allows for easy access. Fill the base with a small amount of white vinegar to cover the suction part and let it sit for about 20 minutes to dissolve mineral buildup. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Water Shortage Indicator: The humidifier will automatically turn off and the water shortage indicator on the screen will flash when the water level is low, preventing dry burning.
• Filter-Free Design: This ultrasonic cool mist humidifier does not require any filter replacement, reducing ongoing maintenance costs.
