Operating Instructions

Brewing Coffee

  1. Fill Water Reservoir: Open the lid and pour fresh, cold water into the water reservoir. Do not exceed the MAX fill line (420ml / 14oz). The reservoir has markings for 8, 10, 12, and 14 oz.
  2. Add Coffee: Place the reusable filter basket into its designated slot. Add your desired amount of ground coffee into the filter. For best results, use medium-ground coffee. This machine is optimized for ground coffee and coffee pads, but not compatible with K-cup capsules.
  3. Place Mug: Place the included stainless steel travel mug or your preferred coffee mug (up to 14oz capacity) under the coffee outlet. Ensure it is centered to prevent spills.
  4. Start Brewing: Press the "ON/OFF" button to start the brewing process. The indicator light will illuminate. Brewing typically takes 3-4 minutes.
  5. Enjoy: Once brewing is complete, the machine will automatically switch off. Carefully remove your mug and enjoy your fresh coffee.

Descaling (Self-Cleaning Function)

Mineral deposits from water can build up in your coffee maker over time, affecting performance. The machine has a self-cleaning function and a descaling reminder.

  • The cleaning indicator light (green) will flash to remind the user to clean the device.
  • To descale, pour a solution of two tablespoons of white vinegar and one cup of cold water into the water tank.
  • Press and hold the "HOUR" + "MIN" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to activate the self-cleaning cycle.
  • The machine will run a cleaning cycle. Once complete, run two full cycles with only fresh, cold water to rinse out any remaining vinegar solution.
