The AWOW Mini PC HI12 is a compact and powerful desktop computer designed for various applications, from office tasks to multimedia consumption. It features an Intel Core i5-12600HX processor, ample memory and storage, and extensive connectivity options.

2.2 Port Layout
The AWOW Mini PC HI12 offers a comprehensive set of ports for various peripherals and display connections.

3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Package Contents
Before proceeding, ensure all items are present:
- AWOW Mini PC HI12
- Power Adapter
- HDMI Cable
- User Manual (this document)
- (Optional) VESA Mount Kit
3.2 Connecting Peripherals
- Connect Display: Use an HDMI or DisplayPort cable to connect your monitor(s) to the corresponding ports on the Mini PC. For triple display setup, utilize HDMI, DisplayPort, and the full-function Type-C port.
- Connect Keyboard and Mouse: Plug your USB keyboard and mouse into any available USB ports (USB 2.0 or USB 3.2).
- Connect Network (Optional): For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable from your router or modem to the 2.5G RJ45 LAN port on the Mini PC. For wireless, Wi-Fi 6 is supported.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the DC IN port on the Mini PC, then connect the adapter to a power outlet.

3.3 Initial Power On
Press the power button located on the front of the Mini PC. The device will boot up, and you will be guided through the Windows 11 Pro initial setup process. Follow the on-screen instructions to configure your operating system, network, and user accounts.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power Management
- Power On: Press the power button.
- Shut Down: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Shut down.
- Restart: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Restart.
- Sleep: Click the Start button in Windows, then select Power > Sleep.
4.2 Network Connectivity
- Wired (Ethernet): Ensure an Ethernet cable is connected to the 2.5G RJ45 port. Windows will automatically detect and connect to the network.
- Wireless (Wi-Fi): Click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar, select your desired network, enter the password, and click Connect. The device supports Wi-Fi 6 for faster speeds.
- Bluetooth: To connect Bluetooth devices, go to Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices, and follow the pairing instructions. The device supports Bluetooth 5.2.

4.3 Multiple Display Configuration
The Mini PC supports up to three displays simultaneously. After connecting your monitors, right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings" to configure display arrangement, resolution, and orientation.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean the exterior of the Mini PC with a soft, dry cloth. Use compressed air to clear dust from ventilation openings to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the device.
5.2 Software Updates
Keep your Windows operating system and drivers updated to ensure optimal performance and security. Go to Windows Settings > Windows Update to check for and install updates.
5.3 Storage and Memory Expansion
The Mini PC HI12 allows for storage and memory upgrades. It supports up to 64GB DDR4 RAM and up to 2TB M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 SSD.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Common Issues and Solutions
- No Power:
- Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet.
- Verify the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.
- No Display:
- Check that the display cable (HDMI, DisplayPort, Type-C) is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the monitor.
- Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
- Try a different display cable or monitor if available.
- Network Connectivity Issues:
- For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable and router/modem status.
- For Wi-Fi, ensure you have selected the correct network and entered the password accurately. Restart your router/modem if necessary.
- Check Windows network settings to ensure Wi-Fi or Ethernet adapters are enabled.
- Device Not Responding:
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force a shutdown, then restart the device.
6.2 Resetting CMOS
If you encounter persistent boot issues or incorrect BIOS settings, you may need to reset the CMOS. The AWOW Mini PC HI12 includes a Clear CMOS button. Consult the port diagram (Figure 2.4) for its location. To reset, ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from power, then press and hold the Clear CMOS button for 5-10 seconds. Reconnect power and attempt to boot.
